Summary concept of Green Country Project

     Campaign for the people in Thailand and the countries around the world to join together to reduce
global warming by planting trees, create a forest and, turn to maintain the soil, the water, the nature and
the environment by reducing chemical use in an agriculture and industry for His Excellency Celebration upon
HM The King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the occasion of the full age of 80 years on December 5, 2550 B.E.
and will complete the age of 84 years old on December 5, 2554 B.E.

The concept of Green Country Project that supports the concept of Trees Bank is

1. For the public sector, especially the famers to grow economic trees in their own land and, create the
    value of the trees to be theproperty or money. Then, use such property to be the capital or paying
    the debt tothe banks. And, use the value of the trees to be the securities or the collateral that must
    be made between the government and the people.
2. For the community to plant the trees on public land to create the value of public property.
3. Add the green space to the earth and, focus the solution with the concept of “Five worlds on one world”
4. For the farmers to love their own land and, create the value of the land and, prevent the sale of land.
5. Guarantee the right of the planting trees and the land of the people that use to plant the trees.
6. Create awareness of the conservation in the network of planting trees group.
7. Create the sufficiency and the sustainable wealth to the human and the environment along the philosophy
    of the sufficiency economy.
8. The agricultural way of life that aims to use Thai Wisdom for the agriculture to have the diversity in
     the land and to create a balance ecosystem along the process of “3 kinds of the afforesting
     give 4 kinds of the benefit”.

Main objective

1. The government offices that interest to encourage in the planting trees for reducing global warming
    and to have the balance ecosystemfor solving the drought and the flooding.
2. The government offices that interest to encourage in the farmers to have the income from planting
     the trees to solve the problem of poverty.
3. The agricultural businessman and the community leader who want to plant the fast-growing perennial
     plants and all kinds of perennial plants.

Secondary objective

1. The farmers and the people who want to participate in reducing global warming and, take care of
     the environment by planting trees together such as; the fast-growing perennial plants and all kinds of
    perennial plants, and the renewable energy plants, including the selection of themicroorganisms instead
    of the chemicals.
2. The government offices that interest to encourage in the planting trees for reducing global warming.
3. The farmers who have their own land and want the choice in planting the alternative crops or other trees.
4. The farmers who want to do the modern agriculture and, focus on the environment.
